the sky looks great and the stars are very crisp and sharp. Unfortunately, the foreground is not terribly appealing so I would try and find a nicer foreground to shoot next time. Perhaps some trees, or a wide angle of a city or wooded area?

The green comet shape object @1 o'clock looks like "Internal reflection of lens".
The orange object @5 o'clock looks like some object in foreground.

Looking good, maybe the focus is off just a tad on one of these. Can you find a place to shoot where you can get more of the sky and less outside lighting? Are you shooting at 18mm with your kit (18-55) lens?
