Old LR files on my computer

I have installed LR on my computers since LR3
I have multiple file versions of LR in my local disk.
LR3-208mb
LR3.5- 218mb
LR4.1 - 729mb
LR4.3 - 771mb

and LR 5

I do not have any stored edits/presets in the LR3-4 versions above.
Can I delete them without affecting LR5.3?

Are you on a Mac? The Windows version removes old editions of LR when it installs the new, but I think the Mac variety doesn't do that. Kill those buggers.

Those look to be the downloaded install file sizes. The upgrade install will remove all the installed files, but not usually the install file. I don't think the installer program even bothers to "remember" where the install file "lives".

You should be able to delete the install files for all versions, including the current version if you are short of disk space. You could always download it again if you need to.

Easy to test, just rename the folders for the old installations and start up the newest and make sure that it works properly, if it does then delete all the old stuff!
