I took photos of a friends bridal tea (I'd never heard of one beforehand either). Did headshots of the bride to be and guests with some off camera lighting. Input on how I could improve for the next time would be great. Especially wanting to know how I did on the skin re-touching (looks too fake, etc). Bride got a majority of the post work as these are free for her :) (plus I don't know any of the other guests!).

Skin retouching looks great to me. It does not look fake at all.

My only suggestions would be:
brighten her teeth up.
Use some more fill flash to get rid of the heavy shadows under their eyes.

Thanks for the comments. I thought her eyes might be a bit dark. And time to learn how to whiten teeth!
