How did you do the black background and sheet? Are those Photoshopped?

PP consisted of skin tone correction, a little curves adjustment, USM and a pass thru Neat Image. I shot this in RAW and adjusted the shadows during the conversion to set the levels on the backdrop where I wanted them. This was taken with a three light setup. Key light , fill light and a hair light on a boom stand - all with softboxes.
