I would have to agree, it's just a snapshot that intrudes onto a meal where most people would expect some privacy.

No - you clearly DON'T agree with me. Instead you chose to fully disregard what I was commenting on and instead chose a whole new topic.

Your post is viewed as both unfriendly and unwelcome.

Excuse me? One of us seems to be struggling with English.

You said:

sign of the times... don't like it at all...

I said I agree, I also don't like it.

You said:

I'm anti-social yet I still don't like this kind of thing... not good for society or personal development...

I agreed, and gave my personal reasons why I didn't like it.

Your post is viewed as both unfriendly and unwelcome.

Your post is the one that was both unfriendly and rude, and who are you to declare someone is unwelcome? Even with your rude, aggressive, unfriendly attitude I still wouldn't be so presumptuous as to declare you or your attitude unwelcome...

You completely missed his point. He was talking about people who won't look up from your phones, then you accused him of intruding on their privacy, which they should have no expectation of in a public setting.

I didn't expand on his point, merely agreed I didn't like the image and then gave my reasons why not. He isn't that important that only his viewpoint is relevant, and the only unfriendly and unwelcome attitude was actually his.

Fortunately it is possible to use forum settings to avoid further interaction with aggressive and rude people like him.

First of all - great images Patrick!

.....

Aggressive, rude, and unfriendly people like me. I invite anyone to review my posts and label me as this person did (ok, maybe ignore the posts in 'the Lounge' where we all have fun) :-P

"One of us seems to be struggling with English"...

I will let the participants of this thread decide which one.

This person claims he blocked me and so will not therefore (ever, ever, ever!) see any rebuttal I post. oh... I'm sure he will be sitting on his hands trying not to unblock my posts... yet somehow I think he will find a way to view them. ;-)a whether he write it publicly or not ;-)a

Everyone understands the spirit of his post, I need not defend myself further... time to post pics! please reply if you like or have constructive criticism please! :-P
