Better be careful! You're probably creating some 5D3 focus challenged owners jealous!

Bump with a few more shots... yesterday was a storm skiing day, with snow falling almost constantly throughout the morning (and crappy light as well). I didn't take as many shots but the 6D/28-135mm combo nailed focus on all the shots again, in significantly worse conditions.

Great shots. I'm loving what you're sharing.

I pulled the trigger on a 6D (a few weeks earlier then I originally planned) after you started posting your photos. The focus system works great for the way my sports shooting has developed, and I couldn't be more pleased. It definitely isn't a handicap of any sort.

But then, as other's have mentioned, you're clearly talented and could probably achieve great results with just about anything. :)

Very nice shots! Hard to believe they came from a 6D and it's notorious focus system! You must have a good copy of the 6D!

I can't tell if you're serious.

I have shot many fast-action events with my 6D and I think the focusing system is fantastic. I really don't understand the constant criticism on POTN.

Based on his previous replies, I think he was being sarcastic. :)

I also have to say... I'm also appreciative of how simple the focus system is to use. When it's below zero and snowing, it's nice to be able to get the camera ready in a matter of a few seconds.

I was.

The 6D is the best value camera available for any type of photography....the focus criticism tends to come from 5D3 people with buyers remorse...
