Saturday was probably the best powder day of the season so far here in Colorado, with virtually every resort getting hammered. I decided to stay away from the big Front Range resorts like Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, etc (and thus avoid the crowds) and headed southwest to Monarch instead. A 6" morning report turned into easily 15-20" in most places, with some easterly aspects having 30 inches or more. I got my new 6D a few days earlier, so this is my first attempt at skiing shots with the new camera. So far, I love it.
