I'm a sucker for snowy photos.
Since you mentioned C&C I will give a bit of my advice.

Snowy scenes are very bright. Be careful not to overexpose which you did a bit here.
Also, most of the image is out of focus as if it was wet or something.

Thanks for your C&C. I took this with TS-E 24mm II. I tilted the lens to get some less DOF effects. Therefore, you see out of focus to the sides. As for over-exposure, dynamic range is lost through resizing and converting it JPEG. BTW, I think the reverse is true for photos taken in snow condition, photos will underexposed as the white scene tricks the camera to under expose it. Living in a tropical country, I hardly has the chance to do snow scene. Thanks again. Enjoy...

Seems to me like it could use a little straightening as well. Very nice composition! You sure stood in the right place, which is half the battle.
