Outsource video editing (mostly weddings)

I am looking for recommendations to outsource video editing. I am looking for the following:

- experience in editing wedding videos: 3-5min highlights, up to 60min full video
- 6-8 week turn around
- reasonable price
- allow ftp upload (or download from my ftp site)
- use adobe premier (not mandatory)
