Drove up to Mount Baker yesterday to snowshoe to Artist's Point. Ended up staying after sunset to catch the moonrise.

2 and 4 for me, love the crop/pano. How was the route up to Artist Point? I'm going to snow-shoe that at least once this year. How long did it take?

It was great...easy path to find. I went up in Sorels and came back down in snowshoes. Took about an hour. I keep trying to remember to bring a cafeteria tray or something to ride back down on. Mount Baker highway had patches of ice that night as well.

I was about to leave my perch having not seen the moon yet and just as I finished packing there it was:
