It was a beautiful day here in south Florida with a small cold front passing through. Took a hike out to one of the local WEA's for a few hours. Literally saw squat for wildlife the entire time until I was walking back and this guy started circling above pretty close by. I was able to get him trough the trees. They aren't the most stunning creatures, but it was great practice! I CAN'T WAIT to get my 400/5.6 and gimbal (looks like it's going to be sooner than I thought!)
40D, 70-200 f4 @ 200MM F8 ISO800, handheld at about 50% crop on all except the tree shot (#4) because I thought it was cool
