Wow, I didn't even realize I had all my first shots still, found em just dumped in the '129canon' folder left on my drive right off the card.

I had borrowed my camera for a weekend months before I bought it off a friend of mine to make sure I liked it. It's a 10D and had a 24-85mm on it.

This was of my coworker Josh at my office right after I picked it up.

Here's mine - green box mode, flash on...

It was pic #19 - not sure what the first 18 were, but they must have been rubbish!

First pic from a DSLR I took was of my now ex gf, and I do not want to look at her face right now.

She was the one that bought me the camera though.

i don't have my first one but i have my second one :) the first one was identical to this except for the fact that it was completely OOF!!!!! i tried to be a "real" photographer and just do the whole MF thing with random settings that i knew nothing about and came out with an image that looked like #$$% and all my friends made fun of me :)

LoL at the stearing wheel. I would have had about the same shot when I took mine out of the box but the battery was not charged, so I had to wait and then I still screwed up the first shot.

Next image is first shot with a new lens.... of course I had to see if it functioned right? God loves dashboards and windshield shots.
