Bah, my camera started at img_3659!! Does that mean it wasn't brand new as sold to me by a shop? I thought it was strange the box wasn't sealed in any way at all..

My wife is seen in the photo demonstrating the plastic card in the foreground actually worked. IMG_0002 seen second was taken by me a few minutes later in the hotel room.

I had to adjust the color balance a lot since it was just a large quality jpeg (forgot to set the camera to raw.) After that I set it to raw and took a pic of my 20D
Oh and that's not my bedroom, it's my friend's apartment in manhattan (I don't see how anyone can live in the city, it's so expensive and so tiny, although her rent is under $300 a month because of rent control.)
