parameter settings

hi all ,
using a canon eos 300d , was just wandering what other users had there parameter settings on i.e contrast , sharpness , saturation or does anyone really bother with these settings.

I use raw format, so the only parameter passed is the WB. For that I use a custom WB or AWB with a grey card shot for calibration in ACR.

When i still had my 300D, i bumped Contrast, Sharpness, Saturation all the way to the right (+2). I left Tone in neutral (0). I shoot raw most of the time but in case i don't have time to process the pictures, i want the jpegs to have the highest in camera pp.
I do the same for my 20D.
