My favorite 135L photographer here is Dankata, always special vivid portrait pics.

Any "hardcore Lens Sample database followers" over here? :-D
Are there likewise members on this forum that produce stunning vivid portraits (modeling,..) in the 85 1.8, 70-200 2.8L II or other section ?

There is a ton of talent here on POTN, but I have to say that Dankata is my favorite for outdoor portraits. The 135L sells itself, but his work with it is nudging me there faster.

The list of great studio shooters here is long, and one visit to G&N will really open one's eyes to that fact.

Domwolf. But I think my opinion may be tainted by his model, Karen.

I don't really like Dankata's pic....

very generic imo...they all look similar....flash on subject with nice background.

The colour is way too vivid and contrasty for my liking as well to a point it feels overdone....I guess different people like different things.

My favourite is Lisa Holloway, she doesn't post much on here but posts a lot on FM

But her work is always so consistently excellent that I'm now getting a bit bored with it...if that makes sense :D

I really like the pics from Smorter ^ and Lisa Holloway. Jesus Padilla is also very good.

And I agree with King2son about Dankata. He is not bad, but it is not really my style. Too saturated and to much contrast/ clarity.

Sorry Smorter, I do not believe you. Your photos are very awesome!
