Weird color question for 1DMKIIN in burst mode

Yes, I read that post, but it made no mention of using custom white balance. I agree with your statement, but I'm curious if differences would have been as great if a cwb setting was used.

He said in the original post that he used the same temp. setting in ACR for both pics. That's all a CWB setting would do.

Ah, sorry, I read that too but my short-term retention at the moment is apparently crap.

It's because of lights. Unfortunately it's normal thing with standard gym lights. Even though it might look "pretty consistent" for your eye, it really isn't for camera. So color shifts are unfortunately normal thing about you can't do anything... except start shooting with strobes
