Is the main purpose of the cardboard and paper parts to protect the metal parts from getting scratched, bent, dented etc?

Are there multiple metal items?

If so, are they all similar in some way?

Are these metal items something you would buy at a crafts store or in the crafts section at other stores?

So these are:

multiple metal items which could be perceived as comprising a portfolio
they are not educational
they "live" in pockets composed of textured paper covered cardboard

Hmmm.

Are the items circular with different patterns on the obverse and reverse faces :-)
