I have done several searches and narrowed down my options.

The easiest choice is the canon EF 50mm 1.0 Then there is the EF/1.2 lens but I want WIDE open.
Is there any other / older f 1.0 or f .95 lenses that can be adapted to the 6D?
My budget would be $500 or less. I am willing to vary the fixed focal length, and I am less concerned with infinity focus.
Is there an option I am overlooking? Currently considering the Canon FL 1.2 because there are few f .95 lenses around.
Costs MUCH less than the EF 1.2

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but any super-fast primes (faster than f/1.4) are going to be way over $500.

List of other brands that "should" adapt to the EOS system.
Contarex / Contax RTS / Leica R / Nikon / Olympus OM / Pentax K / Pentax Screw (M42) / Petri Bayonet / Ricoh Bayonet / T2 mount / Yashica FR, FX
Perhaps $500 is too conservative, but I found a FD 55mm f 1.2 with EOS adapter for $400 For $1,000 I can settle for a used EF 50mm 1.2

FL and FD lenses won't focus to infinity on the EF mount unless you add glass to the adapter, which becomes a mini-TC.

Heya,

Can you explain what this is for?

Most of what you're looking for is simply going to cost more than your budget allows. Wide aperture beyond F1.4 is near novelty level, rare, niche, and not in demand, so always costs more.

Very best,

I am not concerned with focusing to infinity. I am seeking advice and options on models of 1.2 or faster lens able to be used on EOS.
There are many options: Nikkor 58mm 1.2 and 55mm AIS 1.2 for example, these are nowhere near $1,000.
I have read reviews of many people using the Ed Mika converters with FL and FD lenses. I am seeking out more suggestions on Non-Canon alternatives.

For creative possibilities.
I enjoy using my 24L II and 50L wide open. 1.4 is interesting, so I want to try 1.2
I am considering buying a 50L 1.2 as my next lens. And I am now considering skipping it and buying a EF 1.0
For that amount of money, I considered just buying a Nikkor AIS 1.2
I researched and find several .95 range finders lenses that cannot be used on the EOS system.
I seek experience from other users of hyper-prime lenses.
There may be options and lens I have never heard of.

Um....the Nikkor 58 1.2 costs about $3,000 - $5,000. Please let me know when you find one for under $1,000.

Perhaps I am missing an element in this lens that is found in a $3,000 lens

I have found the lens you must be referring to; or perhaps the lens I referenced incorrectly.

Cool,

Yea, I think you should look into simply getting the "mighty one." It's used, expensive, but it floats around. Most people have zero use for it. Only someone who wants to make use of a severely shallow depth of field will keep that lens and use it. It's actually difficult to use those lenses wide open. Lots of weird effects start to occur too, in the light, kind of like flare and other things.

Instead of adapting something else, I would just go for the `mighty one' and call it a day. It will be the better lens, compatible without a bunch of stuff, and function just like any other lens you could want.

Granted, I'm sure there's plenty of old lenses that are 1.0 aperture or close, that are fully manual and require adapters. But do you want to fool with all that?

Otherwise, yes, there are FL/FD conversion adapters on ebay. They're not super expensive. But you can then adapt $100~300 F1.2 lenses. Ultimately cheaper than buying a current `L glass with F1.2 and F1.0. The 55mm F1.2 for example is like $250. Get an adapter and you are good to go.

Very best,
