A couple of issues. Your subjects are too close to your background and the background is wrinkled. When you are using a white background this really jumps out at you. Your white balance is inconsistent from photo to photo, and for the most part doesnt seem to be that accurate, again this stands out on the white backdrop. Looking at the first shot it seems like you might have a color conflict between two light sources as the left side of the image is more orange than the right. What lighting equipment were you using.

^ This is right on. White balance is both incorrect and inconsistent across the series. Backdrop looks cheap because of the obvious wrinkles and degrades the pictures. Would have been much better off just taking these pics at a local park.

In #2, the visual weight is unbalanced. Too much of Ma & Pa, and not enough of the kiddos - it's like they are afterthoughts instead of joining the image. And I'm not a fan of the crotch shot of the male. And I'd remove the black watch since it's too much a contrast with the blue and white theme.

Looks like a fun shoot, though.

In number 1 the light camera right is to far forward, it is putting some harsh lighting on the end models face that is inconsistent with the rest of the lighting. I kept making the same mistake myself, during the shoot is is easier to get the subjects to move a little forward to correct the lighting.

The warmer color on the right is a simple issue to fix, use a different light source or put a gel over the flash on the right to make it warmer.

You are very lucky to have such attractive models pose for you.

I didnt even notice the watch until now....

Lovely family. I assume you have a house light camera left. It's giving you that yellowish tint unfortunately. So, if you want better consistency, you'll have to gel the flashes, or use a high enough shutter speed to kill all ambient light

Also what light modifier are you using? It seems a bit harsh

The issue here seems to clearly be the lighting used. Seems too harsh from the front. #1 has the best flash, but the others are just too much. Just look at the woman's facial color tone from #1 to #2.

With photo #1, it's obvious you wanted them all to do the same pose. If you're going to do that, make sure their hands are also the same. Mom has it right over left, the 2 girls have it left over right.
