Im really confused between these cameras vs 5d Mark 2 :( Please give me a better suggestion.

Then you want full frame. Do it.

depends on your budget - dont be afraid of 60D, it has best price/performance ratio and differences are minor against FF on lower ISO + EFS lenses, even wide ones are much cheaper too.

If you want FF, no matter the cost i would go for 6D instead of 5DmarkII... I used it and AF is very unreliable. 6D center point is much better.

If you can swing the $$$, I totally agree. I love mine.

No it isn't - it just requires and rewards preparation and decent technique. I would agree that there are better cameras for sport and action, but I have taken a lot of very successful transport photos with my 5D2 as I understand its limitations and I don't expect it to do all the work for me. I use a 7D too so "superior AF" is also in my bag.

For the OP's intended use, fast AF is a luxury and image quality is everything. I would agree though that if the prices are close, you may be better to go for a newer body such as the 6D, but I can't see me ever swapping my 5D2 as it does the job I need it to do.

Perhaps not an issue to all but I appreciate the 1/8000 max shutter speed of the 5dmk2 vs a 6D with a max shutter speed of 1/4000.

Its not the end of the world but having more headroom is handy when running and gunning with primes at or close to wide open apertures.

I've never had issues using center point with my 5dmk2's.

60d, 70d you'll get great results but its still a crop sensor. There is still a noticeable difference if your pixel peeping on a monitor. However when your printing your photos the IQ of a crop sensor can be on par with a full frame imo due to physical prints.

One thing you'd notice is that using a full frame you can get much more "pop" at f/2.8 (using good quality zooms).

I had the option to buy a 7D or a 5D2, I choose 5D2 no regrets, ofc for sports or birding it is not as good as a 7D, but for all other the 5D2 is better in my opinion.

70D is great with 17-40L, for portraits you can use even cheap EF 50mm 1.8 or 85mm 1.2L II if you want maximum quality :)

5k budget is pretty high, i would be afraid FF in this case and go for 5d mark III or 6D + 70D.

I have the 5dmkII and it is great for portraits and landscapes.

Go with what feels better in your hands. Nothing against the 6d, as its a fine camera, but it just didn't feel right in my hands at all. I've known a couple people who bought the 6d and returned it as they just didn't like how it felt in their hands.

I'd personally go with the 6D. The 6D AF is better than the 5D2, from what I've found, when trying them both. And it's smaller & lighter to boot. Suits me fine, so I bought one.

Refurbished by who? I think you could rely on something from Canon, Adorama or B&H. All of these vendors offer exchange priveleges and warranty. Anyone else I suggest you be cautious, especially if no warranty is offered. All to often the refurb offerings on eBay mean somebody wiped the camera down and cleaned the front and rear elements of the lens.

Do you live in the States? If so check the Canon Loyalty Program which can give you decent reductions (as much as 20%) from the refurb prices on Canon's website.
