When I captured this photo, I thought long and hard about the composition and how I could capture the raw power, awe and beauty of another stunning Australian Coastline. The waves crashing against the jagged rocks as the sun rose over the great sea. For me, this is what I what I envisioned to how our coast looked like millions of years ago. Its amazing to think how old these jagged rocks are and how young we are as inhabitants on our great earth.

Thanks if that was the initial reason behind your comment.

No my original comment was due to your original post seeming to be an attempt to drive tragic to your Facebook, why you even care about 'likes' is beyond me....nethertheless is poor etitique.

Now that you have amended it that's much better :) Very nice pic, where abouts was it taken?

Cheers Somebloke, thanks for the courteous heads up. The photo was taken at North Avoca Beach, Central Coast.

No offense taken. I understand your reasoning. Where are based?

You wouldn't be jealous of their camera gear prices. :p

Great shot and post processing. Some may say it's overcooked, but I like it that look for some shots, yours included.

True M_Six, our prices here can be a bit over the top. Thanks for the kind words though. Just trying to get some exposure at the moment. As I don't have a website as yet you can see more of my photos on social media should you choose. You don't have to like, just have a look.

Thanks

Roc

I'd love to see our Yellowstone, Oregon, and Nevada too...I'm just too far away and currently trapped in the ugliest place in the US right now. I do have Big Bend National Park 3 1/2 hours away (although I haven't had a chance to go there but once and that was for just over 24 hours), it's not as conventionally beautiful as Yellowstone or Yosemite, but it's beautiful in it's own way. And I definitely don't envy you guys your prices though. ;-)a
