Great start.
#1 looks out of focus and all of them have way too much head space. A little cropping will go a long way.

Thanks for the comments! Will try to improve them hopefully on my next shoot! I brought along an umbrella for the shoot but the last two shots were shot with natural light as the wind was blowing my stand down more often at that area so i decided to do away with the flash

Nice job.

The white balance in the last one feels a touch cold, but that could just be me. Has some sort of softening been applied to all these?

Skin looks a bit over softened to me especially on the first one. The skin tones also look a bit too light, again, especially on the first. Nice narrow DOF and interesting poses. As flowrider says there's too much head room on them though - try and put the eyes about a third of the way down from the top rather than in the middle. Also, I think on no. 2 I'd like to see the whole hand rather than just a part of it...

If you use Portraiture be sure you select "Create Layer mask" and then erase areas that shouldn't be softend such as hair, eyes, lips, eyebrows, eye lashes, clothing, etc. When using something like this, less is more. It helps to do selective healing before running it through the program as you'll find you won't need to do as much.

You've got a great model with a winning smile.

#1, besides being out of focus, is not a very pleasing pose. And sleeveless tops/dresses general don't fair well in portraiture. It's also very cool, as is the last.

#2 is the best of this lot. The color/wb looks good, the focus is better. The crop is not the greatest and the headspace is excessive.
