So I will be moving from my present location to another, well changing countries to be exact.

Right now all my SEO and marketing is to my present country (location)
now my understanding is that I will have to do everything again for the new location, will take some time but eventually will get there.
My question is for the website and Social Media

1. Website
Shall I rebuild from scratch the website and blog keeping in view new location and build it up over next few months or start reworking the existing blog and content towards new location.

2. Social Media
Shall I set up new FB, G+ etc. for new location?

I have a feeling it would be similar to changing states,
Thanks for the help

Change the location on the pages, market the heck out of the new location, it will come back around.

definitely DO NOT set up a new google+, just change your location.

i would suggest the same with your other outlets, but if the location is somehow mentioned in the URL or facebook page etc, it might make sense to start over.

i think this should do the trick, will replace names. some of my urls are location based for seo purpose on my blog though, guess would leave them as is and work with new content

It has been a while since I was really into the web development scene so I cannot give you specifics. But there are "best practices" when transitioning from one domain to another. It is certainly possible to have multiple URLs pointing to one website, you can even "mask" the domain so that users who plug in a certain URL see that in the browser's location bar vs some other domain.

It is worth looking into if for nothing else to make sure you don't do anything stupid, but at some point the work involved will begin to yield diminishing returns.

Google provides great information on how to do this, although it will take some time and reading to understand it all. Check out "google webmaster tools" and look for "permanent redirect" type information.

depending how much revenue you are seeing from those sources, finding someone who has a lot of experience with transitioning from one domain to another might be worth your time.

there is definitely a right, and wrong way to do it.

super thanks.
so i had a deep look in to my site, working on seo through last two years nearly 90% of my content is focused on my current market. So this means I need to have a fresh website at least for the new location.
You pointed out right, two years back i did this with my previous domain which was shootmegul.com now its redirecting traffic to my new domain. however booth were in one geographical location. I think at some point in time I need to consult an expert on the best possible approach. In the meantime i'll start reading on it.
Thanks for your support, big help
