I wonder if someone astro processing experience would mind doing a stack/process for me so I could see the ideal results.

I've got a decent series of shots (about 8) that I've tried DeepskyStacker with, but no real luck.

Thanks!

To get more hit and also show others what exactly you have done and what you mean, how about uploading your images into say https://www.dropbox.com/ (external link) or at least show what you have done so far to get help.

Seems you are using DDS and their online tutorial is no more seen in English but then if any problem, you can either join the yahoo group or check with one of these as to how to use (In case your problem is at that level):

This one is regarding No tracking Astro shooting but goes into very useful and easy to follow DSS tutorials in apx 25 min.

Heya,

The key to DSS, is to use a lot of frame. If you have no dark frames and no bias frames, and you don't have a lot of them, it actually can be more noisy than just one single exposure frame.

Do a stack of 20 light frames, 20 dark frames and 20 bias frames. See how that stacks for you. As a start.

Very best,
