I didn't yet, but I won't expect one until tomorrow or so anyway probably. I ordered mine earlier today.

On the normal buy-dig website, it seems "default" shipping is much like the snail-mail approach B&H and Adorama do for free shipping... Says 5-10 days or something, so I would assume its coming UPS Surepost or similar. I would not be surprised if it takes 2-3 days to ship it out and stuff as well.

Not a big deal though for me... I kind of dread it with my luck and lenses, personally! Always issues (I am cursed).

I'm thinking of buying two more so I have 3 so I can hopefully make sure I can pick out a good copy.

anyone think this would be unnecessary?

At first I want to say ".... that seems like overkill...", but the more I think about it the more my OCD side whispers to me "you should do that too..." LOL.

If it were Canon I'd just think that sending it in for a warranty repair would be fine, but I've never dealt with Rokinon's warranty process or customer service so I'm not sure how easy it would be to get them to replace/repair your copy if you got a single copy and it wasn't great.

I believe Samyang does not do any repairs of their lenses... They just exchange or make you buy one at discounted price (if out of warranty).

My question on this would be, what do you do with the other two lenses, once you find a good one? I suppose you could sell them on the bay, but that takes time and effort. I'll keep the one I bought, and if I find an issue, I'll contact BuyDig for a refund.

I personally never had any issues with my lenses. But like everyone buying this lens, will give it a test. I hope buydig is easy to deal with when it comes to return and exchange.

Received my shipping confirmation from BuyDig.com a few minutes ago. Coming FedEx, I expect it to arrive early next week. Also checked the Ebay listing, and they've sold 598 lenses so far, and another 127 people watching. That's a lot of lenses.

I wouldn't resell the ones you deem not good or at least if you do you should clearly state that these are inferior. But it's better to just return them.
