Hi everyone,

I am trying to shoot remotely using Eos Utility, however it doesn't seem to have the ability to autofocus my 5D3.

If I press the round shutter button in Eos Utility, the camera takes the photo without attempting to focus. This is with the onscreen switch set to AF, and the switch on my lens set to AF.

If I go into Live View shoot in Eos Utility, pressing the 'ON' button under the focus menu does absolutely nothing. The < > arrows will allow me to adjust the focus manually.

I feel like I missing something really obvious but can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have installed the latest version of Eos Utility.

Thanks.

Turn off BBAF. The focus function has to be on the shutter button for EOS Utility to be able to focus.
