Is 5D Mark II with 98.000 shots still good?

^Exactly that. That 5DII for $900 US or a used 6D should be around $1300 with under 2,000 clicks.

why would anyone buy used 5dmarkII for price almost the same as new 6D costs? I would pick 6D instantly.

One difference in favor of the 5DII is the 1/8000 Shutter speed.
I use an ND filter when shooting wide open with my prime. It helps.
The 6D is limited to 1/4000, but I feel the low light noise performance outweighs this.
