Like the car hate the fact that it is a FORD powered by a CHEVY motor but I guess that seems to be the norm for people who do those cars. Some day I'd like to do a 57 Chevy powered by a 351 windsor :).

You must hate a LOT of hot rods then :) (well , their choice of powerplant anyway)
I'm not a rodder , but have alwasys found it intiguing that Chev engine/trans combination is by far the most popular choice for rods , of which Fords are most common.
I don't care what they have in them , as long as they have a Jag rear , 'coz they're just so cool to watch from behind :D

It all evens out in the "end", as almost everyone is running a Ford 9" rear end! ;) Most of these guys build for beauty & reliability, & shriek with horror at a few specks of dust on the engine. :D When you ask for a 1/4-mile time, they haven't got a clue!
Now maybe it's me, but that just isn't right! I have to give them credit though, for driving them everywhere & they put on 1-5,000 miles a year. Even "King Kong".
If anyone pulled up with his car on a trailer, he'd be laughed out of the parking lot. (With the exception of a few extra special cases, like Hectors Super Modified.) Hector... what a guy!
