Photo etiquette question: I saw this scene developing at the zoo over the weekend and snapped a few shots from across the way. I was going to find the parents and ask if they wanted me to send this pic to them, because it's pretty cool that the monkey came over to say Hi to the kids. My wife thought that was weird. Yeah / Nea? Seems pretty harmless and friendly to me, but I guess with all the freaks out there, maybe Dad would have slugged me?

You are correct about the wierdo's. But i think if you would have shown them the photo it would have been ok, or atleast it would have been for me. Now if you had 50 phots of just their kids then that would be wierd. Its a cool shot that the parents and children would appreciate IMO.

I agree with Sea Dawg. Nothing wrong with your idea, and most parents would appreciate it.
