Zimmerman is raising money painting other's photos, shouldn't the photog be involved

George Zimmerman rips prosecutor Angela Corey in new painting - CNN.com (external link)

George Zimmerman is selling a painting based on a well known photo of Angela Corey from a news conference.

This reminds me of Shepard Fairey's legal issues with unauthorized use of an AP photo as the basis for his Obama 'Hope' poster.

Shouldn't the original photo owner be involved in this fund raising attempt?
