The main things I got out of that are: 1) It is based on theory; and, 2) there is no case law. I'm curious why they say such a thing when there is case law. It just happened to go against what ASMP is recommending.
I'm also quite surprised they recommend releases be signed in the presence of a notary. That's not very practical.
