My 12 year old son helping in the garage on my Jeep project. He's helping grind off the spring perches on a rear end that replacing the factory rear end on my CJ5. Turned out to be a pretty cool pic.

I personally like the shot a lot.. father son moments are the best IMO. however, I would have had no idea this was one of those moments if you had not titled it this way.

We were taking turns on the grinder, I would show him technique while I was grinding, showing him the ropes. In the middle of grinding, my son stops, looks up at me and says, "hey dad, this is one of those father son moments huh..." I told him "it sure is" went and grabbed the camera. He's looking forward to driving the jeep when it's done. I told him he had to put some time into the rebuild if he wants to drive it. He was more than happy to oblige.

He's taking the picture. While it was a truly father son moment, the pic captures my son really enjoying what his father (me) just showed him how to accomplish this particular job. He was stoked. He had a ear to ear grin.

Thanks. It's my desktop right now. It will change soon, my daughter had a few words when she saw it was my background.

Very nice photo. Was that just the ambient lighting?

Constructive criticism is always appreciated.

I need a workshop/pole barn. Miss working till late hours in the garage, alas it's been almost 35 years. Great shots, the ones that stick.

I believe so. Shop lites from above. I did not stage this shoot. It's all PP. I'll see if I have the SOOC shot somewhere

Great picture. My father and son pictures are usually in the woods or on a lake.
