I have seen many this year but this one was especially photogenic and was not bothered by my presence. Patience is the key I am finding and a very slow approach. These birds are magnificent and with the irruption, this is bird #15 for this year. Looks like a first year bird in my opinion.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. Been a fantastic winter with these artic ghosts. I saw several different birds over the weekend and look forward to a continued successful winter.

Alot of folks that have posted them are definitely an inspiration and glad to get a few images as well :)
