Snow Mobile Race

The town I work in is considered to be one of the birth places of snowmobiling. Back in the day both Skidoo and Polaris brought new machines up here for testing. Into the 1970's there was a yearly race held up here on an ice track. This year in honor of the towns 250th anniversary they brought the race back. I had the pleasure of being able to shoot trackside. Attached is a couple of examples.

Wow, these photos remind me of a lot younger time for me racing sleds. Nice to see some of those old timers still running around.
