Cool concept, definitely up my alley. Is this part of a larger set?

Since you asked for our thoughts:
With her eyes cast down at the scorpion, this one looks almost like an out-take. I'd like to see one with a similar pose, but her eyes on the camera. With a little coaching & practice, some models can exaggerate the eyes/eyebrows without getting deep forehead furrows ... with that in mind, a look of intense surprise and shock, piercing into the camera & viewer, would be much more powerful... my opinion, at least.

Personal opinion: I'm not a big fan of the increased clarity on the skin - that works for some guys, but not so much for ladies. The white/chalky area underneath the blush on her cheek is also a little distracting, it catches the eye just a bit.

A little bit of rim/kicker light opposite the main light would have made her pop out from the background more - especially her hair, which is getting lost into the dark background. Again, that's just my personal preference peeking in.

Unfortunately this is a rather old shot and not part of a larger set. Should have done it but I was not thinking of something like that as that picture was like my 4th time in the studio EVER.
