Have had trouble with support. Big time. They just don't respond.

EDIT: Support responded and problem fixed, I just wish these guys were more responsive as they do have a very nice product.

Same issue with these people. I've tried for WEEKS to get them to answer a question.

Don't buy anything from DNAML. Worst customer service on the planet. You would think would have learned.

Try Calibre (external link) for authoring and conversion purposes. I'm redoing a 1916 book that was auto-converted from scans but has lots of problems; I brought it into Calibre and am pleasantly surprised how easy it is to get a quality book output. Get your DRM elsewhere (FWIW, DRM doesn't work anyhow, at least in any generally usable book format).

I looked at Caliber and numerous others, but none really offer the multimedia options that I want.

Looks like it is time to learn AI.

My ebooks are full of images and video and the dnaml software works okay, just cannot resolve any issues or get anyone to respond to questions.

Trying to finish a 9 volume set focusing on historical newspapers from western Colorado, 1893-1923.
