It is distracting imo and competes for the viewers attention. If you crop that I think it will be a killer image. What I love about this image is that my eye "slides" from the left until it hits the model. I WANT to focus on the left side of the frame, but the focus drags my eye back to her. The frame is like a rock in the river- It holds me up. ZE-photo.com

Imho i think it is a touch over exposed and i think if you were to bring the flash closer to soften the light, it would help. I hope you like it like that and consider it a killer image

(for the record, yes I do! To me this is a huge improvement and really a great image) Canon 6D & Rebel T1i | Tokina 11-16 F2.8 | Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Macro | Nifty-Fifty |85mm f1.8 | Canon 24-105 F4 | Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM

airfrogusmc I'm a chimper. There I said it... More info | Feb 08, 2014 16:56 | #10 Don't crop it. The shape on the left gives a nice balance to the image.

More info | Feb 09, 2014 12:09 | #12 The reason I like the un-cropped version better is you have this wonderful circle that starts at the arc in the piece on the wall and continue to the woman and continues down her arm to her hand and back to the art piece. In the crop you break that wonderful movement.
