Howdy all,

Managed to get outside last night, first time in a long while ... added 30x 1min lights of M42 to an old stack I had, using my new CLS clip in filter!

HTTP response: 404 | MIME changed to 'text/html' | Byte size: ZERO

Can post samples of individual subs with and without CLS clip if anyone is interested?

2x 50d: with 17-85mm f4-5.6, 100mm Macro USM, 50mm f1.8, 2x Sigma 30mm f1.4, 55-250mm (kit lens), Canon 100-400mm L, Tamron 200-400mm f5.6, Samyang 8mm. 480mm refactor with HEQ5. Home made beamsplitter stereo rig.

Very nice. I have the CLS clip-on but haven't used it yet. Would be interested to see the before / after.

Hey ecce_lex,

The clip is very cool, though I find it a little tricky to remove with fingers - best to use a plastic stick of some sort. Just realised my before/afters aren't very good, as they're different exposures, anyway here they are:

Without CLS filter (30 sec sub)

With CLS filter (60 sec sub)

Next chance I get, I'll do same exposures. I also have some random pics with the filter, from a few weeks back (with captions listing the exposure times):

Hey, all subs at 800 iso ... I find its a bit too noisy for comfort normally on the 50d but not when Stacked.
