very nice image the b/w conversion works well.....
cc : the only thing that stands out a bit is the dark spot in the eye (dont whiten the eye it will look fake)...
some more light to the hat would be nice

Nice conversion. I like the photos a lot.

I think the issue with the watermark is that it's too dominant and placed in close proximity to his face which is where our eyes naturally land. Maybe if you make it a bit smaller, with more opacity, and moved it to a different part of the frame it wouldn't be as intrusive. Watermark aside though...nice shots.
