Can the latest Canon 600RT flash be used in wireless TTL mode using 1DmkIII, 1DSmkIII, and 1DmkIV bodies? How about multiple flash and using the shoe mount radio transmitter associated with the 600RT flash? Thanks.

600EX-RT will function as a 580EXII with older cameras. The radio communication works but some features are unavailable.

The YN-E3 trigger from Yongnou, solves the problem of backward compatibility. It delivers all the 600EX-RT feature set to older cameras.
