Tried Topaz Labs issue

I wanted to try Topaz labs suite and have heard it will run with CS5 and XP service pack 3 but when I try to run the plugin I get a crazy error.

Procedure Entry Point WcsCreateIccProfile could not be located

As you say it should work with XP and CS5 (accordign to the Topaz website).

Fixed the issue after uninstalling and re-downloading, must have been corrupt.
