I haven't been as active here as I used to be but I wanted to drop in a share this photo.

I recently shot the Velocity Motorsports automotive collection at Atlanta Motorsports Park. Velocity is a company that rents super/sports cars to people to drive around a racetrack. This coming week I'll be releasing a total of six different photosets including: McLaren MP4-12C, C7 Corvette Stingray, Nissan GT-R, Ferrari F430, 991 Porsche Carrera S, and Lamborghini Gallardo Balboni Edition. The first set will be released tomorrow night, but until then enjoy one of my favorite images from this epic photoshoot.

There are many more images coming and the best way to stay up to date with the project is the give the like button here a click:

Nice photo. Just curious, what would renting a car like that to take around the track cost? I will definitely be following your photos.

Thank you.

They just got the MP4-12C and haven't priced it yet but the GT-R, C7, Porsche Carrera S are $299 for 5 hot laps and the F430 and Gallardo are $399....I think.

Nice, but sorry, in the "Share" areas IMAGE POSTING RULES only allow a maximum 1024 pixels on any side. You can always just post a link to them, though.

Don't encourage this!

OP, please embed smaller pics.

Both are rather dumb to be honest, this is 2014 and no one is using a screen resolution of 1280 anymore. My 1200 px wide image size is just fine.

Be advised again that, according to the rules that you agreed to follow, 1200px images are not "just fine".

You are the only person in the entire internet that has said 1200 px is too large of an image, do you realize how large the internet is? It is MASSIVE....and you are the only person that has ever had an issue with it. This tell me it is you that is not "just fine".

It seems that chadbee came back with a 2nd identity after having been banned previously, then poked his head up to draw our attention to him? Too bad. He had some nice work.

For viewing on a tablet (how I mostly consume content here) the 1024 limit is good. Any larger and the pages render wonky.

You are right, and you are wrong.

I use 1920x1200 pix monitor. But I don't have the browser full-screen. I do use most of the height but about 1300-1400 pix width for the browser. A too wide browser means that text lines becomes too long to be comfortable to read.

Another thing you forget about 2014. A large number of people are not browsing forums sitting at a desktop machine with a large monitor. Lots of people are using laptops - some of the laptops very small to be easy to carry around. And lots of visitors are using phones with maybe 4-5" display or maybe 8"-10" tablets. So your situation might not be as "standard" as you like to think.

And then obviously the rules of a forum is all to be decided by the forum owner, so if the rules says 1024x1024 then that's "the law".
