So in the next month or so I will have some prints on display at a few local businesses, including this really cool burrito shop that displays a different artist's work each month. One of the photos I will be putting up is this panorama of nubble lighthouse at night

Now because this is a panorama shot I'll be printing at 10x20 or maybe 16x32. With the other prints I'm putting up they are 8x10, 8x12, etc. More standard sizes and I am matting/bagging them. I will be getting a custom mat done for the lighthouse print but am not sure how to protect it while displaying. I really don't want to put it on display without and sort of bag or protective covering. Anybody have any ideas? I haven't found and fitted bags that'll fit a print that size

You said display, so you need to frame it so it can hang and display properly. You can't just clear-bag it and think it might sell! Other option is printed on canvas. Also keep in mind people don't go to burrito shops with the intention of buying art, they go for good cheap food. What have previous photogs displayed and sold?

Other artists have just matted and bagged, and sold. The only people I have seen not do well there are people who are trying to charge $200 for 8x10s of pretty boring artwork. Granted I don't expect to make a killing, mostly get my name out there and sell a few prints in the process. I'm not exactly sure how they were hanging their prints but I do remember them only being matted, not framed. I'm thinking of just doing a 10x20 metal print instead I think

Based on the above, I would follow what has worked for others.

What about a print wrap or something similar?

I personally don't like frames on my prints.

These look great. I already ordered a bunch of prints and a few metal prints for a show I have starting this weekend, looking like I'll have to buy frames but I have a few more shows coming up that I'll look into these for. Thanks for the tip
