We don't get snow much here in Georgia so I thought I would try a few pictures.

OH, WELL WILL UPLOAD WHEN I FIGURE OUT HOW TO RESIZE THE BLAME THINGS.

This is not my first time uploading pictures here but for some reason this is as big as I can get it and stay at the 150k limit, OH well I tried

When you export the image from your post-processing software, what pixel depth are you using?

I typically use ~20% of long edge (1123px) and 72px / in ch.

That should allow you to have larger images. Additionally, you can always link images from external sources, such as Flickr, so that you don't have to worry so much about the 150K limit.

See email, I screenshot the wrong dang settings...LOL (too many export options)

The checkbox for "Limit File Size" can always be checked with a value of 150 and that will ensure you get what you need for direct attachment. :)
