Sweet. :)

Dear Sony. Just release a couple of cameras with EF mount, and I'll say good bye to Canon bodies forever.

If the focus system is nearly as good as they claim, PLUS 11fps, PLUS the 24mp Exmor sensor, for $800..... this a sure 7D killer. Sad but true. Let's go Canon... time to wake the eff up. *smh

I might buy into Sony system if the AF tracking really works.

Nice looking camera, still not enough lenses. Sony will get it one of these days.

I wonder how fast it will focus with an adapter. This looks like a great compact alternative.

The size might be the one thing I don't like. I like to feel like I have a real camera in my hand. It would probably feel very awkward with a large lens attached for birds in flight.

Like underwater housings, maybe someone will start manufacturing hollow shells that people can put their small mirrorless cameras into so that it looks and feels as big as an "old fashioned" dslr. ;)

I was actually thinking the same thing.

My thoughts are that we'll eventually see compact mirrorless bodies as the norm...with the option to add a "pro-grip" that will provide the ergonomics and controls we've come to expect from a DSLR body.

I'm loving how the Fuji X-T1's "world's fastest AF" lasted all of two weeks (and not even until its release) :D.

I think they're comparing to other APS-C mirrorless cams.
