We've been using Dropbox to send proofing files for client approval, but need to find something better.
Anyone using ProofHQ? Pros/cons?
Looks like the Annotations feature will be extremely useful, but I'm concerned that it will be difficult for clients who aren't already tech savvy. If it's hard for the client to use, then it quickly loses appeal.
One of their advertised benefits is a reduced revision count - that would be SO worth it, if it pans out.
How about the still-in-beta SonyMCS?
Both seem to have a relatively low data limit (2gb and 5gb for the lowest tiers). Work around this by compressing the proof versions, then only provide HD versions for final deliverable?
