That is a Juvenile Red Shouldered Hawk..
notice the yellow Banding around eyes and beak

Interesting Shot Dan, I can't find one picture of a Juvenile Red Shouldered with cheek patches, but I can find lots of peregrine with similar features. Got any other shot's ??
