Trip to spain advice

Going on a 10 day private tour of Spain in June. I don't know what lenses to bring , not taking family shots. Will be out in country, wine and food events, and some sightseeing venues not to be missed.
Canon 7D, 17-85, 24-70L, 70-300EF, 50 1.4, 580EXII and Canon G-10
Should I take a tripod or gorilla pod, flash, diffusers, filters??

Best advice: tell the women how beautiful they are. That'll work better than anything.

Take your 7D and one zoom lens. Put a girl on each arm and the camera around your neck.
If you need low light lens or a longer lens, bring one in a backpack, maybe lose the flash, not needed outside and inside most places don't allow it.
Less is more. Enjoy the trip, not lugging around all that gear.

7D, 17-85. And be done.

Only take filters if you want to do some creative long exposures with water at a shore line.

7D + 17-85, I'd probably throw the 50 1.4 in my suitcase too for indoor/night stuff, I might throw the G10 in also for when you want to go light, but if your phone has a good camera eg iPhone 5 etc. I'd probably forget the G10. I usually use a good small non-camera backpack for this type of travel - handy for a sweater and other gear too and a useful carry-on on the plane. Used my 7D + 15-85 in Italy this fall and it worked well.

im a lens junky. I would take the 17-85, 70-300, and 50. then only take what i need while walking around

no flashes. UV filters but that about it

I would take as much as my luggage allowance can bear! Then pick the kit for the occasion when you go out each day.

I'd sell the 17-85 and replace it with an 18-135 STM or 15-85 and take just that (and the 7D of course).

depends on the type of photos you're after but I would take a zoom and fast prime with the camera. or leave it all behind except for the G10

Take the wide zoom. There are a few places where a longer lens could be helpful, as in the cathedral in Toledo...for stained glass. Most often, I would want a general purpose zoom for buildings, but an ultrawide can come on handy in tight places. The 50 will be too tight, and I would take a 35 for low light.
Most places won't let you use flash or a tripod. A wide IS lens comes on handy. If your 17-85IS is good at the wide end, you should take it. If it is bad there, consider the 24-105.
Your destinations will dictate which lenses to take. I usually take a wide normal zoom and a fast prime (e.g. 35F2) on European trips. If you can swing the 35F2IS, it will come in very handy for low light interiors.
Where are you going and what sorts of photos do you want to get? What are the "sightseeing venues?"

What to bring depends on how you'll be getting around.

Been to Spain about a dozen times and can tell you that except for a bullfight, something like the 70-300 was rarely if ever needed. I own that lens and likely carried it on one or two trips, especially when travel occured during bullfight season. If you are traveling during Easter festival season, then I suggest you take it for getting close in shots of people in costume.

Sell the 17-85, and the g10, add another $100 and buy a used canon g1x or a new g16, and enjoy your trip.

I just Got back from Montana, I was going to just take a couple of lenses I had so many Setups for good shots I am sooo glad I brought my Gear You'll wish you did after you get there with a couple of lenses.
