wow love that logic. the first 6D you get you have a problem so hence it's a problem with all 6D's so I will save the money and get a 5Dmk3.

sure it's the camera at fault here, exchange it for another 6D. no need to panic. Any product can be faulty from any manufacturer. Just deal with it.

put it back in the box and take it back to the shop and get a new one.

I actually used a 40D(sold), 50D(sold), and now a 7D but I haven't touched my camera for more than a year so I need to catch up with technology, I am used to the controls, esp. the joystick... that is why I am thinking of the 5D3... anyway I need to weigh everything again now that the 6D is on its way back to amazon.

here's another pic before I put it back in it's box:

I moved from the 40D to the 6D and the 40D had the joystick on the back and the 6D didn't. Do I miss it, well perhaps at first but I adjusted. When it's the only camera you got it doesn't take long to adjust. To me that price jump isn't worth a little joystick on the end. There has to be more like you make money from it.

I bought it from amazon from a third party seller, but fulfilled by amazon so i can return it but I need to pay for postage. I'm not sure if they will refund the postage though. Anyway, I am not sure now if I will get another 6D, or just save up and get the 5D3 instead. But the high ISO images are really great (if the camera works).

If it is fullfilled by Amazon and it is defective, you do NOT have to pay for the postage. You will get a prepaid shipping label that they will pay for.
