Hi,

I have been using CS5 since it came out and I never came across this before. I use the default, "Essentials" workspace. However, now, every time I close the program down, when I reopen it, all the panels on the right of the screen have been collapsed. Does anyone one know how I can fix this? I have tried right clicking on the workspace name in the top menu bar and selecting "Reset Essentials" but on restring the program the collapsed panels are back.

Here is what I mean. When I open:

When I reset:

Any advice on how to stop this happening would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I'm not sure how to stop it but have you tried to create a new workspace? While this doesn't fix the original issue, you can get the workspace properties you desire.

Google resetting PS preferences. I think you hold CTRL while starting.
